Moon leaves Cancer today and steps into Leo Late afternoon with the Sun still in Cancer alongside Mars and Mercury also so your going to be speaking from your emotional side as Cancer is ruled by the Moon and so until the 23rd of this month as the phases of the Moon changes signs it will unlock aspects of us to work through. Cancer is the Sign of Emotional Value it’s the Mother Sign and it relates to what/who we are giving our care and time to.
The New Moon energy is in Full Swing today there should be a promise of something New on the horizon. This New Moon something interesting happens, the Moon/Sun are exact conjunct at the same time Mars/Mercury are exact conjunct (combining). This will mean that with Pluto opposite this energy we are not ready to finally put an end to something, see the light the truth in the matter and even more so take action and change the way we are looking at things we take action and we are able to process this more.
Venus is finishing up in Leo and starts to Step into Virgo before it will then go retrograde back into Leo… Venus in Virgo is the need for perfection, but this New Moon is great because Sun/Moon conjunct so on the subconscious level and on the conscious level we know what we want and what it may not be what we already have but we are done playing games we are on the path of giving us what we deserve so if your in tricky situations, relationships ect then today will give you the clarity, the power enough to step in the direction of those who do deserve our time.
Moon in Leo helps us step into our own hearts, and get real clear and honest with what we want It’s up to us to decide what’s next for us. The Moon will be in a powerful position but i don’t think it’s the time to be rushing into anything, what with Mars and Mercury which can make us a little more impulsive when it comes to emotions and feelings and acting upon them. A decision will be made today for this New Moon it’s deep, it’s personal and it’s clear for all to see.
Things are lighting up, exciting things also but that Venus is slowing down and when it gets into Virgo in a few days it will stop altogether and start to reflect back, Venus in Virgo is about looking into the details, organising and Leo is about our hearts, passions and it’s our energy so some of us are clearly not seeing the bigger picture and plowing forwards but i do think this Venus retrograde will bring clarity in love, to get us to connect with those who are important and maybe bring in a new lover/old lover as Saturn is involved… This is really a time to purge to let go to release the old and make way from the new but over the years we have collected some serious baggage - time to clear out!
What’s interesting is all this illumination is about everything that has been going on for the past few years… Love, relationships, secrets lies, hard work, transformations things are coming to an end the truth is coming out so we can transform and move towards what we ultimately want something has completed or something has exposed but this whatever it is will bring something more over the coming few weeks for the Blue Moon at the end of the month (2 full Moons in 1 One Month)
The Astro follows suit it’s about releasing and letting go of something things. Dont know if your aware but a Moon in Cancer is emotional, all sorts of thoughts and feeling coming up to the surface forcing us to release before the New Moon early hours of Thursday Morning. It’s about feeling, being in the feeling and being honest about what you want - I know it can seem a little up and down past few days, feeling great, then good, then this and that pipes in and causes confusion.
What ever we have lost in the past it’s time to look at what we do have and to not get caught up in old feelings and emotions. Start seeing that as with all things they soon die but something else is being born from that… Something New, on the New Moon! Just ensure your letting go of all the right things and not hanging on to things that are not what we want - still have Saturn, Chiron, Neptune, Pluto and very soon Venus retrograde many lessons! Follow that inner guidance system! Learn from the past.
When we get fixated on the how and who you want things to have it with we ultimately limit ourselves from experiencing the potential of more joy. I’m a fond believer everything serves us, has a purpose and meaning to it no matter how hard it is in the moment things have a way of working out but we must make the right choices before our choices make us. Stop making the same mistakes - Saturn is still trying to illuminate this for us. Stay true to yourself and what you want and be willing to put the right work into getting it. Things do not usually fall from the heavens and into our laps… We must strive towards our goals.
The next day or so could be about seeing the facts and getting away from the ideas of what we “think”. Example being as this relationship stuff keeps coming up… Your deeply in love with someone and he/she could be perfect if only there wasn’t A, B, C, we have a way of thinking things are going to change or we can make them change that things would be better if these things were not in the way. In truth we need to except people and there obstacles because its apart of them, if you cannot deal or work though these things then at least you tried but someone better awaits you… Step outside the boxes you put yourself in.
In relationships things could be getting tense! It’s not the time to force things to be a certain way, it really isn't!!! Stop trying to force things, speak up about how you feel and try to work through a solution but maybe, just maybe if there is not going to be willing change on BOTH parts then this is not the relationship for you… At least you won't be unhappy trying to make something, something that it is not. Opportunities are around us stop wasting your time on someone if they are not truly what you want. I say truly what you want because you have to take the person as they are, who they are and not the potential of what they could be.
In relationships we are really searching for the truth in how we feel and having to be very honest with the situation, the part we played and seeing if this aligns with what we truly want… Many times we get lost in the why things happen, we get caught up in wanting something but not really seeing if this is what is best for us. When we limit ourself and settle for less than we deserve we face some tough things. I think we need to know how someone feels about us truly, still needing some closure and needing to know where we stand - again this could link into the past.
There is still a lot of facing our emotional needs, wants and desires and making a positive change or just having the courage to do whats right can transform you. But you need to stop neglecting how you feel because your ego doesn’t want it… be in those feelings everything in life serves a purpose has meaning so find out what this means for you.
Perhaps your emotions can get the best of you to the point where you just do not want to believe something but you know it deep down - stop fighting the inevitable. You might want to understand or to know why but in all honesty you might just misunderstanding the details but given the facts… So yes it’s true but the reasoning behind it make it make sense - if that makes sense?

Relationships are deepening, borderline psychic as the truth surfaces and becoming more secure, yet it is important that you still keep the joy and the fun alive in your relationships. what with Chiron going retrograde I’d say there will be a situation that your going to need to let go of to heal from the past… But all in all we want to find that person that makes us feel like home it’s just ensuring that things are moving in the same direction for both parties.
Mars in Cancer a weird one… because you allow your emotional self to get in the way of actually doing something. So your Emotions are more than likely going to take driver's seat where your going to have to push, Mars is action and if your not into it, if your not feeling it, it will make it very hard for you to do anything. Cancer is a psychic sign and there needs to be a detachment from what you want, how you feel and look and see what it is your actually receiving ad is it mutual. Sometimes we stay in situations that are not good for us, that are stopping us from being or doing important things, but weigh out the pros and cons of such things and you will have your answer. There needs to be balance.
All the other stuff is still very much taking place, the moving on from the past, learning to break bad habits to improve yourself and your life in terms of what is authentic to you. If you have done the work you will simply be given situations to test that your truly over said things, if you haven’t done the work things will be amped up in a few days as Chiron joins the Retrogrades in motion…
Chiron deals with old wounds and being as we are in Cancer now ruled by the Moon some things you just won’t be able to hide no more it is all for the better of us, even if it feels hard in the moment it’s helping us move past the past. Saturn wants to tie up loose ends and Pluto is illuminating the truth. This year to me feels like the purging getting rid of and having a proper clear out things that will come will make it worth it.
In terms of relationships! It’s about letting go of the old, the past and moving forward and not giving more of yourself to others without first nurturing yourself. It’s a time where relationships can grow become stronger but still you need to find the balance and things that start over the coming month I strongly feel will be long lasting if only first the past has been healed.
I say this because as a coping mechanism many people jump from one relationship to another to heal from the past. I’m seeing a lot of healing over the Summer, but in terms of love, relationships i see expansion Jupiter is along side and there will be a truth surfacing within relationships and transformations too… But I see it all as a positive step forward.
