Spirituality & following the right path -Interview i watched TRUTHSEEKAH with KELLIINTHERAW
So i been watching an interview with a really interesting guy called Derek (i may of imagined that is his name the link to his FB is below) Truthseekah - i'll post up when I've finished watching... But he say's
''You can do whatever you like during the day, but when you go to sleep that's when you have to deal with god''
Now you can call God whatever you like, does not matter what religion your from, all religion points to the same thing... So spiritual people call it source energy, higher self etc... It's all the same (i mean no offense this is just my views on the world)...
I just feel like those words are really profound! So just try and do good by all, because if you go to bed feeling doubt, or your mind is plagued with worries maybe you should do something about that because sooner or later the universe will conspire to teach you what you are ignoring and by then the lesson becomes far more difficult to learn.
Just thought i'd share with you this beautiful yet obvious and probably known analogy... Check out TRUTHSEEKER, he's a really interesting guy that will pose good questions to you, he's actually an hip hop artist but lyrically and the messages he brings are amazing... I'm not a religious type purely because i don't follow what people preach in a old book i don't even know who wrote... because we as human beings all bring our own subjective views on things.. It's not say the bible is lies, i feel it's taken out of context at times and back when it was written times, life and many things were different so we have to read through it not take it so literal but there are good lessons and messages if you know how to read and not just follow...
Again just my views... my opinions and i know some people believe in similar things to me, just putting it out there... I'm glad you believe in something, and there are good and bad people in this world where ever we go.
When spiders keep crossing your path it can mean a number of different things, like maybe it’s telling you to take a risk, do something that scares you to overcome a fear. Otherwise it’s saying for you to get creative, get inspired to make something but your skills into action and build something. Could be anything creative, writing, fashion, cooking, art, makeup or beauty… the list is endless it’s what ever inspires you! So you see spiders are a lucky omen they are also very protective in terms of spirituality.
The moon is a very important planet because it is the closest planet to us it’s influence upon us is rare stronger than almost all the others. In astrology as i often mention you are not just your sun sign, which is why others born within the same moneth are not like you. So moving back onto the topic of the moon… The moon takes around 28 days to orbit the earth in which time gives it influence in conjunction with other planets to us. This is why when the moon is especially powerful like on a full moon it can make some of us more emotional or angry than others… So i will be going through the four phases as and when they occur to show you how the moon may be affecting you or be having influence over situations that may be arising in your life right now… We have just gone through a powerful shift over the past few months and the biggest is yet to come in November with Saturn.
The moon is said to govern our mind and emotions. It is what controls our creative and imaginative mind. It what controls how we react or feel about certain things. Now your moon at the time of birth will give more information as to who you are, but the moon as it moves in the sky undertakes four main phases which influences us all in various of ways.. so please stay tuned as with each of us it is influencing different areas of our life
Okay so what would you say makes a relationship? In this short blog i’m just going to be talking about time. Why time? Well for anything to develop, to grow to become something more there needs to be time. This is something that gets tricky but it really is simple and it’s helped me realise why i was not satisfied when it came to past relationships…
When you're dating someone it’s perfectly okay to see each other once or a couple times a week… But when you start liking someone, you become captivated by them and so you want to spend more time with each other. This is called investing. Investing is important when turning dating into something a little more serious or committed does not mean it cannot be just as fun, yet it’s the thing that scares us especially men and it causes us to withdraw.
You should only invest as much time into someone as they are willing to with you, this is a KEY factor to stop you from getting hurt. IT’s not a game of trickery! It’s simply only giving as much as you're willing to give the person thats is willing to only give you that much of their time. Still be fun and warm to show them just how amazing you are, but do not give more than they give you. Now of course when you're transitioning into the next phase of being in a relationship you will need to test this out, give a little more to see if they give a little more and vise versa.
When you're seeing a guy that you really like and you're seeing them twice a week, it feeds you… by this i mean it gives your just enough to not want to or feel the need to look else where. So you're not hungry ‘lol’ … Soon that becomes not enough, you need more we need to feel like as human beings that we are creating, developing, growing and moving forward. So and here comes it, if you need more you need to be more than just satisfied… If the other person is not willing to give you more, be kind, understanding (wait for it)... just say well i’d really like to keep seeing you, but i’d also like to keep my options open and maybe start dating other people.
Thats exactly what you do… I had been in a relationship for a few years it went from someone giving me lots of their time to them giving me so little… i was unsatisfied, but because you love them and enjoy the time they do give to you, you stick it out and wait and hope things will get better. I went from dating to relationship to what felt like i was back to only dating someone yet investing a lot more than i should've because that person was only giving me so much of their time. So, it’s important to be consistent and set boundaries within your self of what you deem you need from the relationship, if there is no compromise then get out it, it’s not worth it… You should not invest your emotions, your thoughts, your heart into something/Someone who is not investing just as much back in return.
My relationship had many factors, but i feel that time was the number one key thing! And its something i set out saying in the beginning and that other person was not able to deliver or work on it, and so it’s time to get back out there. Relationships are tricky, difficult, but they are necessary for us to grow. I have learnt a lot from my past relationships and i will continue to grow with my future ones. They reflect and contrast who we are as people and what we must learn to get to that good match. So do not allow your past to ruin your future.
Practice on time. IT’s the number one thing that you can give to someone else and it makes all the difference. Some couples get into things super fast and give a lot of time, this is unhealthy also as you still need to do things separately, you still have your own goals, ambitions, dreams and lives away from your significant other… it’s important to remember that, do things together but always make time for yourself

Okay, Tomorrow is a brand new day - Those i know going through a heartbreak or a difficult time... Don't be mad at yourself for feeling upset…. You have made it through another day!! & Guess what - Tomorrow is a new day!
Today i want you to go through your house… & Clear away the reminders you don't need to see Like old photos, things laying around the house, cards, gifts, shirts, whatever it is that reminds you of the other person… This is because our brains when we see these things send triggers that remind us of that said thing and the memories linked to it.
I’m not saying you need to erase them from your life - I’m simply saying ##out of sight - out of mind’’ This will help you move along instead of wallowing over what ‘’could've been’’.
I want you to get your self motivated… Set your self some new goals, revamp your vision board!! Indulge in all that makes you smile... Exercise and eat healthy, really connect with who you are as a person!
Clear out your home so you can clear out your mind & day by day things will get easier - it's okay to miss someone it's just your hearts way of saying you still love them... all apart of the process! at least that's what they say Tomorrow will be better than today!
Be STRONG and know you deserve everything they was not able to give you!
Heart breaks are a some of the most painful things you will ever experience... The thing is if the other person valued the other and saw that all the good outweighs the problems in the relationship -it wouldn't end it would grow. So if someone has broke your heart, know that it's because this person is not the one for you, don't hold on to pain for too long, work through it, step by step and learn who you are without the other... What will be will always be, and this is not the one for you the right one will come when you're healed, happy and enjoying your life once more. You borrow each others hearts, but sometime we get careless and one of us ends up hurt. If that other doesn't wanna put in the work, then there is no growth, don't be sad because they gave up on you! There will be someone who will want all of you, you don't wanna really be with someone who doesn't want you.. you want to be with someone who wants to love you, cherish you and grow with you....
So right now if your heart is breaking just breathe... The pain will subside in time and you will be stronger and wiser from it. <3
Today i wanted to talk about waking up. You see as a society, we are sheep, we follow what we are taught and not many of us question what we are told. We follow the herd. Now i do not mean this to offend anyone, this is something that i know many free thinkers, visionaries and open minded people also believe in. So hang in there, i’m not asking to to believe what i say, i’m hoping that this video will leave you questioning a few things enough to make you go out there and research and find out for yourself.
The first thing i wanted to talk about is our water… Now i have a blog post about this which i will leave in the description box below, if you want to read it, but i urge you to find out for yourself. not many people really question our water. We turn a tap on and magically enough we have water… Pretty amazing stuff aye. But we do not know is what is in it… Yes water has naturally occurring chemicals from the earth, but what we do not know that is some parts in the UK, and throughout the USA is that fluoride is added to the water… My question is why?? For the same reason that why is it added to toothpaste.
Now obviously Fluoride naturally occurs in our water, my issue is with the fact that so much more is added to it, along with various other chemicals. Another thing to remember is the fact that whatever we ingest as humans, comes out in our urine. That urine then makes it way to being filtered out, a lot of what we ingest as humans were no where near as toxic back in the day that our filter system was made, so we can expect to find that we are not only ingesting fluoride and chlorine, we are taking in all the pharmaceuticals that people have been also taking. Antidepressants, birth control pills, pain killers need i go on.

Whats even more upsetting is it’s the less fortunate that suffer the most, people that cannot afford to buy water filter systems and buying spring water. What’s even more disturbing is how this is not common knowledge to people. To find a spring near you please visit
Here is what y country has claimed about water fluoridation. Now i disregard a lot in the article apart from the maps. So much of the world is being subjected to water fluoridation.
The history of Fluoride is SCARY! It was not research enough to know the long term effects, yet here we are being presented with higher rates of cancers, organ failure, more babies with higher allergies…
Fluoride was used in the concentration camps back when hitler was around, and chlorine in its gas form was what was used to gas those people… Now it’s dosage is lowered but added to our water? I ask why… If it has no health benefits why not leave it out? We have not evolved enough that the world leaders still want to control and contain us out of greed. It’s shocking and people need to be more aware of what’s going on, stop listening to the information they give, the information about the things they are ‘selling us’ and find your own research.
The universe is always talking to us, the question is do you pay attention? The Kinds of signs, symbols and omens that i’m talking about are the spiritual kind. So what does that mean? I’m talking about seeing something over, and over again, seeing something in a strange place or out of the blue…. But most of all it will draw your attention to it.
This could be seeing the same number, on number plates, in magazines, on the TV, on receipts, books, walls or over hearing them ect… It could be seeing the same insect, bug or animal or object… All have meaning to you or a message for you! Like i spoke about in the Connecting With Angels video/blog
So what doesn’t make them a sign, symbol or omen… We are constantly thinking thoughts, and those thoughts create focus, intention and send out energy. So what i’m saying if you have been thinking a lot about something there is a high chance that it could show up in your existence. This is not a sign or an omen… thats known as manifestation! You attracted that thing to you by focusing upon it so its not a sign from above its the universe giving you the thing you are focusing upon.
This goes both ways, the universe brings you whatever you are constantly thinking about… So if you are thinking about the lack or money… Guess what the universe will present you with more experiences that make you feel like you have not a lot of money… The universe does not understand between having or lacking it only listens to the thoughts you process. So that is not a sign, it’s saying you need to learn from this and change your thoughts.
We are all here to learn, grow and create something. We all have purpose and meaning… So pay attention to what the universe is guiding you towards and go with it… It will certainly answer any questions you have been having

Dragonflies and Damselflies are magical creatures. They are the perfect symbol of going between worlds, They start off in the water and rise to the sky. They can change direction instantaneously, flying up, down, left, right and backwards. Their wings are magical, iridescent as they capture the light and sparkle. It has the ability to see things from all angles, and the bringer of visions. It is a great symbol of balance.
I believe these amazing creature are telling us to be conscious of our thoughts as they are what are creating our reality in which we live in. The Dragonflies remind us that the physical reality in which we live in is not all that is available to us. This could be an awakening to see beyond.
Okay when i talk about Symbols, omens and messages from the universe i mean when you either keep seeing them, or you find one in an unexpected place.
For example, last night i was in bed, when something jumped on my hand, i ran to turn the light on and there he was, the cutest grasshopper ever. Now It’s uncommon for me to find a grasshopper in my bedroom because i don’t recall seeing a grasshopper for years, i don’t even get them in my garden it was an odd occurrence.
Now sometimes we manifest things into our life when we focus upon them or fear them… but i had not even thought of a Grasshopper.
Okay so what do Grasshoppers symbolize.
Grasshoppers are great omens, they symbolise that you're on the right track, and to keep moving forward. Grasshoppers are not able to jump backwards or sideways when they leap they leap forward. So this is a beautiful omen giving you the green light! They are a Symbol of good luck and Abundance.
I must of been about nine or ten. It was a rainy mid morning and I was on my morning play break at My Primary school. As it had been raining earlier that day we children were forbidden to play on the grass. I really wanted to play in my tree on the other side of a hilled field, so when my teachers were distracted elsewhere i quickly ran across and hid in my tree.
The tree was against a fence and on the other side of the fence there was a big tower block of flats… I soon began to hear screaming and yelling coming from the top floor, as i tried to see what was going on i saw a man and a woman fighting, they were pushing and shoving one another. Then before you knew it, she pushed him so hard that he went over the balcony and plummeted to his death.
It’s was a sensation that i had never felt before, it was like i came out of my body, i had acknowledged what had just happened i just couldn’t process it… It didn’t feel real, the blood, the noise i just didn’t react… Then the school bell rang… immediately i climbed down from the tree, ran across the field and into my classroom.
I told my friend what i had saw, but she was disbelieving and thought i was just trying to scare her. . . that was until a police officer came to the classroom to ask if anyone had seen anything. Her jaw dropped, and it was good to get clarification that what i saw was real. I did not come forward, I did not know what to say, but from my childhood i came to know its best to say nothing at all.
A few weeks had passed. When halfway through my lesson i asked to go use the bathroom. When i got there i was reminded of what i had seen that day, for some reason it had been plaguing me. I went to was my hands when all of a sudden, the toilet doors behind me began to swing… i turned around in disbelief of what the mirrors were showing me. Then all the taps turned on...i didn’t know whether i was dreaming or if it was real… I was being haunted by this man. I went to run out when another girl from another class had come in. It was clear by her eyes that she saw what i saw, we both ran back to our classes.
Some time had passed, and i had spent many times trying to convince myself to confront the lady from the top floor block of flats. My Friend at the time also lived in those flats but a few floors down. So when i would go visit, after school on play dates...i would go sit outside the ladies door. When one day she came out and sullenly asked me why i keep coming up here. I ran back down to my friends flat below.
A few more weeks later, i was round my friends flat again, and she was telling me about a scary movie she saw ‘’candyman’’, she told me that when you say his name three times he comes out to get you. I asked if she tried it and if it works? She said she hadn’t. Later when it was time for me to go home, my mom waited for me at the bottom (ground floor) and my friend was allowed to come with me and come straight back up.
So we got in the elevator, now this elevator had mirrors everywhere!!! So of course my friend had to dare me to say candyman… So i did, and by the third candyman, the lift stopped, the lights went out and we began to scream our heads off. I honestly thought that it had worked, and that candyman was going to get us, and kill us… I was so scared, i thought i was about to die! We were both crying, panicking, screaming that we took it back! the lights flickered back on, it was far more dimly lit now, like it would be if there was a fire and the way emergency lighting is. Then the control panel began flashing, secting all the floors… after the lift began to move, but not down, it went up! I began to start thinking of that man that was murdered, and i was fearing that the crazy lady who killed him would be there waiting for us… It went all the way to the top floor before the doors finally opened….
And there she was!!! The horror on our faces we screamed even more loudly than before… and we ran past and down the stairs!!! All the way down to the bottom. My friends mom had to come down to get her, neither me or my friend got in the elevator again. My mom of course did not believe either of us, both my mom and my friends mom just thought we were playing games and being melodramatic.
It turns out that a few years after that incident that crazy lady, was actually crazy, she was trying to kill people with an AXE!!! She was put in prison and that was the end of her.

In this Blog post (in response to my YouTube Video) i’m going to be talking about the Ouija Board and all you need to know about them. I completely get that this subject is some what controversial. This is not to offend anyone and there beliefs, this is for people who are interest and opened minded in what i do. This is just what i found to be true from my own personal experiences.
So what is a Ouija Board anyway…
Ouija boards go by many names, like talking board and spirit board to name a few. The word Ouija is said to come from and combine the french ‘’Oui’’ for yes and the German ‘’ja’’ for no… Charles Kennard how ever came into contact with a medium lady when inventing the Board and when using the board they ask what should it be called… ‘’OUIJA’’ is what it spelt out. I guess the Ouija was another ‘’in thing’’ that came after the spirit cabinet and seances. the late 1800s working into the early 1900s really was the opener to all this communicating with the dead stuff. Having said that the fascination with the afterlife and spirits has been around centuries before. Alot of the supernatural and spiritual work had been put to a stop from when religion came on the seen out of fear of being named a ‘’witch’’.
Ouija Boards all in all are nothing other than a tool to contact the other side aka spirits.
But how do they work…
The board in itself is just a board and like tarot cards, pendulums and runes for example they are just tools. When working with any spirit you first must allow it in, invite it in and ask for it… So the board works in this way, and this is what makes it potentially dangerous. When you get a group of people and you decide to ‘’play the Ouija board’’ you are mixing with their energies and their intentions with your own, opening the doors to the endless possibilities of what you could experience.. Whatever you put out you will receive and different energies are a match for certain entities.
So if you get Five people joining together to use a Ouija Board… Three of them strongly believe that the Ouija board is evil and they are going to get an evil spirit come through, you get one that does not believe in it all and the other one is not sure but has seen a lot of movies and is probably giving off fearful vibes. Then they all sit down have a few drinks - because it all seems like a good idea with a drink, and start calling on spirits…. what do you think will happen?
One, drinking and drugs has been known to open you up more, so you become in an elevated state instead of a grounded state, and calling on spirits you are giving whatever is around you permission to come on through, there are no limits, your setting no rules so they ‘’spirit’’ get a free ride, you are playing a game of roulette and anything can come through but more likely that will attract a lower level entity. Although this is not always the case.
As i said before just as there are many different kinds of people there are just as many different kinds of spirits/entities. Spirits/ entities want to be apart of the human experience, and you can get through ghosts, past over relatives, demonic entities, mischievous ones the list is endless.
So If you are a skeptic and you stumbled upon this, one it’s because you are intrigued, and two because there is a small part of you that is drawn to wanting to know more- but there you are and you're probably thinking that i’m full of crap… You have done the Ouija board thing, its just a game nothing happens or you are convinced a friend was moving the glass/planchet.
Firstly if you are adamant that there are no such thing as spirits/ghosts, and that nothing will happen…. then nothing will happen!! why even bother with it in the first place? You are only open to experience what you believe is possible or partially to what the people around you believe in to a degree as your energy influence others experiences and does theirs to yours. If you do it with a someone that does believe or a ‘’spiritual/medium type person’’ you will have an experience that fit it.
Doing any form of spiritual work takes energy the spirits use our energy to feed off of, to communicate with us, that’s why people that have had experiences may feel exhausted the next day… But with practice you build up your energy and are able to connect with spirit.
How to make one
So how to make one or where to get one from…. I’m expecting later on this year after the film Ouija, There are going to be a lot of people wanting to try it out, and although i’m not all for it i’d rather teach people how to do it safely.
So you can buy a board online at places like ebay or amazon for reasonable prices or you can make one. I have a store bought board, and there is a lot of talk because you have to be careful where you get it from, what energy went into making the board, or if its one you found you also have to be aware of what’s come through on that board previously and the energy that may be attached to it. I’d recommend you make one
So you just need a table, some paper, pen and a glass thats light enough to slide over the table top. You draw and cut out letters of the alphabet, numbers, yes, no, hello and goodbye in big enough squares and blue tack them down in a circle on the table… you place the glass bottom facing up and you're good to go.
Questions to ask yourself before doing a Ouija Board.
1. Ask yourself why you want to do it in the first place and what you hope to gain from the experience.
2. Ask yourself are you intentions worth something potentially bad happening.
Tips and Tricks
Before starting a Ouija Board, know the people you're doing it with, where there at and what they hope to gain from it.
set rules, state you only want to connect with beings of the highest good and that have your best interests at heart. Ask that your angels watch over you during the session, and state that when you say the session is over that they must return back from where they came, goodbye is goodbye.
I wouldn’t recommend doing it at your home, if you do i’d say to cleanse your house after. (saging the house)
Light candles and do it in a draft free room, when they flicker its a sign of spirits being with you.
Make sure the people you are doing it with have the same intentions as you
have someone write down what you get.
Keep fingertip’s on the planchet at all times until the session is finished, if all fingers leave and the planchet or glass slides off, they say that that spirit is free to roam the material plane.
when closing down and finishing your session you should state that the session is over and that you no longer wish to communicate and that you thank them for their help, and ask that they return back from where they came.. Ask your angels to make sure that they do just that.
If anything bad happens its because someone has expected it, or set the intention or has the fear that it will… burn the board. cleanse the house and set your intentions. Spirits tend to be more active at night maybe thats just because our minds are less scattered at night.
This was just my advice as to Ouija Boards - do your research before trying anything you do not know about.
